my first impression when i watched this was how fluid it was i was impressed by your final outcome. the color choice helps support your theme well with the background being a tan noodle color and the sauce being red. your verbs are very clear to understand, the only one i have a problem with is squirt and that is only because that just isnt traditionally how i would imagine a squirt but in the context of the rest of the animation i see how it could be read and understood. nice font choice, it just feels right thats all i can really say. i think you could get away with using slurp without the dots that are left behind after it would just help it be more fluid, you wouldnt have to worry about moving them off screen it would just slurp away and then splat would just come in. i like the imediacey of the splat and when it ozzes off to reveal sauce again. the squeeze on squirt looks great. the timing off the whole animation feels very right and solid. hard to say anything bad about it, great job! : )

When looking at the progression of this piece from the initial storyboard to the final animation, I think this was interpreted quite well - appropriate to the object/actions as well. Good color choice, three verbs are easy to catch.
In regards to the animation itself, I think the first action of the words being slurped was nicely done (very smooth, fluid); though it would have been interesting to see it incorporate more with the rest of the animation. (For example, what if the letter forms disappeared into red dots that were part of the second action?) I feel the timing of the slurp is at a good pace, although the following actions feel like they're going too fast.
However, I'm not entirely convinced by the transition between the splat and squirt actions - I wonder if there could have been a different approach to how one changed to the other?
The squirt action is done well, but it's not quite how I might imagine it to be. I suppose one might imagine something like ketchup being squirted out of a tall bottle or something. Perhaps the text would have been rotated to a vertical orientation? Just a thought.
